Data Deletion

How to remove your Instagram connection, your workspace, and everything we stored for it.

Disconnect Instagram

Sign in, open Settings, and select Disconnect. This deletes the stored Instagram connection token and stops every campaign for that account. Removing the app from your Instagram account settings triggers the same deletion automatically through Meta's data deletion callback.

Delete your workspace

Workspace admins can delete the workspace from the workspace menu in the sidebar. Campaigns, logs, tracked links, clicks, webhook records and diagnostics for that workspace are removed after a 30-day grace period. Deleting your user account removes your profile immediately.

Verification

For requests made by email we may ask you to verify control of the sign-in address or of the connected Instagram account. Requests are processed as quickly as practical unless retention is required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
